15 - Benefits of Drinking Alcoholic Beverage

When it comes to your health, is it better to drink or not to drink?
It's becoming an even more complicated question, especially in the wake of several recent studies linking even a little drinking of alcohol to a higher risk of cancers.
In one of them, researchers found that women who had as little as one drink a day boosted their risk of cancer of the breastliver, rectum, throat, mouthe, and esophagus. Meanwhile, numerous studies dating back decades show that alcohol and heart health have a positive relationship.
So what's a health-conscious person to do? WebMD asked experts in cardiology, oncology, epidemiology, and internal medicine who are familiar with the latest research to clarify the risks and benefits of alcohol intake.

Numerous studies have associated heavy or binge drinking with increased risk of diabetes. But others have found that a moderate intake could reduce the likelihood of developing the condition.

14 - Legalizing Premarital Sex

It is puritanical to make everyone wait till they are married to have sex. People should have time to wait an experiment with other people before committing to a single person for the rest of their lives. Most people want to be skilled at sex before they get married anyway.

Now don't get me wrong... if your teen is having sex, the last thing their conscious mind wants is a baby. But the primal mind of every human is hardwired for reproduction and sex. God made us to reproduce and populate this wonderful earth. Even if you are not religious, we all are humans, and reproducing and spreading your genes is part being human.

Look at it this way: how many of your parents were puritans, and got married before they had you? This is not Hollywood. Everyone has different morals. This post respects this and wants you to just take it under consideration for a fun lifestyle choice, including adventure and freedoms, not the restrictive puritan old dusty grimy ways.

13 - Positive Effects of Video Games

Video games force kids/adult to think quickly. In particular, action games encourage players to make fast decisions using evidence gathered throughout the game, according to a study explained on the Daily Tech website. Kids who play video games are given unusual problems to solve, many of which they must solve very quickly. This process improves critical-thinking skills and can teach kids the value of trying several different solutions to a problem, a skill that will benefit them for life. Additionally, children who are able to pay attention to a sequence of events in a video game are more likely to apply this skill to their real lives.

The player learns to manage resources that are limited, and decide the best use of resources, the same way as in real life. Video games are often blamed for poor social skills in children. However, according to Psych Central, the opposite may be true, since video games often allow players from around the world to work together to solve problems or complete tasks. This is especially true in children with autism. Playing video games can teach children with autism or an autism spectrum disorder how to respond to visual and verbal queues, in turn improving their social responses.

12 - Sports photography

Action and sports photography is challenging but very exciting. The key to getting good pictures is to set your camera up properly before the event begins, so that when things kick off you can forget about your settings and focus on the action.
The following camera settings are an excellent place to start. They work well in all situations and will help you get sharp, detailed photos with plenty of atmosphere and interest.
Get as close to the action as possible. No sport is going to allow you to be
on the court or field-of-play. However, you may be able to sit near the sideline or goal-line at some events. Other times you may be restricted to the stands. It is important to get there early in order to have the best opportunities.
Also, be sure your field of vision is not obstructed. This may be nearly impossible to do in a crowd. However, with a little planning and maneuvering you should be able to set up for some great shots.
Position yourself so that you have a clean background unobstructed by unsightly objects such as trashcans or other photographers. You will want the focus to be on the players and not on background noise.

Practice make perfect in sports photography. You can not rely on just luck. You must practice in order to train your reflexes to react in an instant.

11 - Ghost Hunting

I’ve always been fascinated by ghosts and creepy phenomena. As a child, I firmly believed that there was more to the world than what was immediately visible and I desperately wanted to be able to truthfully say, “I see dead people.” Many years later, I can say…I’ve seen weird shit. I can’t say for sure whether I believe in ghosts, but I’ve experienced some things I can’t explain.
October is the best month to get really and truly scared. Sure, you could go on some lame hayride and get chased by “ghosts” in period clothing and white makeup or you could look for a real ghost. ’Tis the season for ghost hunting, because even your skeptical friends can be convinced to indulge on the grounds that it makes for some harmless Halloween fun.
I love a mystery, and I’m fascinated by dark and morbid stories the tragic deaths, the haunted houses, the legends that survive for generations. And most of all, I relish the opportunity:

" ghosts can be anywhere. Everyone has a chance to find one."

10 - Body weight exercises

I often find myself surfing the net, scouring various forums and obscure web sites in an effort to learn more about fitness and health. When I do so, however, I'm often surprised how often I run into the opinion that bodyweight exercises are great for building endurance, but not strength.

This is demonstrably not true. As I point out elsewhere on this site, how do animals such as Gorilla's or Chimpanzee's develop their amazing strength and power? They never lift weights, yet they posses astounding strength and power. Yes, the answer often comes back, but that is different. The muscles that animals posses are somehow "different" than human muscles, etc. I doubt this (muscle is muscle), but for the sake of argument  let's accept it for the time being. Instead, let's consider the example of one of the most "animal like" athletes I'm aware of. Namely, the Gymnast.

So if i were you, Work hard!

9 - Cyber bullying

It's just about as bad as being bullied in real life. The traumatic effect can harm someone's emotions to a point that might even cause suicide. For many older people. The word "trolling" means to pick fun at someone to
get a rise out of someones emotions.Eventually trolling can get
seriously played out like a dirty sock.I feel a majority of teen can be affected but so can adults.

While cyber bullying IS a thing, most people who go cry themselves to sleep cry over some random fuckboi talking shit about you, then go cry to tumblr bout muh insecurities and shit. If you can't handle a little banter you just need to stay off the internet, because that aspect of it's never changing. There is a very clear line between random banter and someone truly bullying you on the internet. When people dox you and start fucking with your personal, home life, then that is cyber bullying. If somebody called you a mean "name", and you get upset and emotional over it, you're just being a pansy and need to learn how to block/mute/ignore people.

I know this is an issue for some young people, however, I think it's up to the parent to supervise what their child is being sent over the internet. I would teach my child that just because someone says something about you, doesn't make it true.

7 - When We Lose an Animal Loved one

Do not underestimate how deeply the loss of our animal loved ones can affect us. Our loved one is a part of our identity. We are everything to him. we are a part of each other - even when we are apart, we are connected.

when we lose our loved one, it can uproot our life from the core of our self to the tiny details of everyday life. We can feel lost, empty, and painfully alone. We might fall into despair about the fragile nature of life, the cruel unfairness of aging and death, and the slipping away of time.

So love your pet.
Because when they die, I'm sure you'll miss them!

6 - Self-esteem

Self-esteem is related to what you think and believe about yourself and how you value yourself. Building self-esteem is a first step towards your happiness and a more fulfilling life. Health self-esteem increases your confidence. If you have confidence you will respect yourself. If you respect yourself you can respect others, improve your relationships, respect your achievements and increase your quality of life.

So for me have a confidence in your self. Confidence for what you are doing and specially confidence in front of everyone. And respect yourself and everybody.

5 - "How to become a True Friend"

We all want to have true friends right? But the quality of our friends depend on how we treat them. If you want to have true friends, you should be a true friend of yourself. By being a true friend, people will love to be around you and many of them will eventually become your true friend.

By being a true friend is a good way to solve relationship  problems. It's difficult to change other people, but you can always change yourself. You can then solve the otherwise unsolved problems. in relationships.

There's so many things how to become a true friend

1. Befriend yourself
Friendship with one self is all important, because if you love yourself Im sure you'll become a one true friend.

2.Accept other's mistakes
A friend is someone who understands your past and mistakes, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are.

4 - Global warming

Global warming refers to the increase in the average temperature of global surface air and oceans since about 1950, and to continuing increases in those temperature Global warming refers to the increased temperature of Earth's surface.

This is the explanation of Global warming. So how can we avoid global warming? In my way, we can avoid global warming by Recycling's the papers, plastic, bottle, Etc. And by planting more trees so we can have fresh air. These are my way to avoid Global warming.

However, Climate change is expected to bring more extreme weather events, including heat waves and heavy precipitation, climate scientists say. That's because a warmer world increases the likelihood of these events.

3 - "What is Unconditional Love?"

Unconditional love means letting go? Or choose to love someone means risking rejections? However, many of us experienced real unconditional love. It's the kind of love that doesn't need to hear I love you too in return. Because some of us get angry when their partners didn't say i love you back. Or the kind of love that sees us at our worst yet still believes there is something inside of us that's worth the trouble.

Unconditional love is not always convenient, Sometimes to love someone else well means we will moss out doing things we really want to do, or that we have to put ourselves second.

Unconditional love means that when we want to prove that we are right, we stop the argument, become the bigger person and remember that having a relationship os better than having to be right. Maybe anytime we are in a fight with someone we love, We just need to remember that unconditional love puts the other person first. Even if we are right, JUST LET IT GO.

I believe that unconditional love truly exists and it is powerful and true.

2 - Friendship

When it comes to finding friends, the first step is understanding what exactly friendship is. Does it mean you have each other in your Facebook list?
Or that you see each other every Tuesday when you play basketball? Not really.
A Friendship needs to have some key elements in order to be labeled as Friendship.

In order for a friend to truly be considered a friend, he or she has to also believe you are their friend also.
On the other hand, other people might act "friendly" with someone but not consider them a friend for quite a while. Perhaps these types of people need to get know someone better before they even consider labeling them as a friend. Or perhaps they already have a lot of friends and therefore wouldn't consider someone they occasionally at social.

So before you find a friend you should trust yourself and have confident. So that if you find a true friend you can share them your secret because you really trust them. :)

1 - "AIR JORDAN"

First of all, Do you know Michael Jordan? If not ill let you know who he is.Michael Jeffrey Jordan was born in Brookyln, New York on February 17, 1963. He was the fourth of five children born to James and Deloris. James Jordan was a mechanic and Deloris Jordan was a bank teller. Soon after Michael's birth, James and Deloris felt that the streets of Brooklyn were unsafe to raise a family, so they moved the family to Wilmington, North Carolina.

In the 1984 NBA draft, he was selected with the third overall pick by the Chicago Bulls. As a rookie for the Bulls, he made an immediate impact, averaging an amazing 28.2 points a game, including six games where he scored 40+ points. He was selected to the NBA All-Star Game and named Rookie of the Year. This would just be the beginning of a career filled with awards and accolades. In the upcoming years, he would go on to win five regular season MVP awards, six NBA championships, six NBA finals MVP awards, three All-Star game MVP awards, and a defensive player of the year award.

On March 18, 1995, Jordan, a man of few words since his retirement, sent two important words to media sources everywhere: "I'm Back". He celebrated his return to the NBA by doing what he always did best: winning. Although the Bulls would lose in the playoffs to the Orlando Magic, it was obvious that Jordan was still the same superstar player. He would go on to lead the Bulls to three more consecutive NBA championships and etch his place in the history as the "NBA's greatest player of all-time".

Your welcome!
